ARCHITECTURE: Architects plan, design and manage the construction of a new house. They come up with everything about the house such as how large the door is to where the electrical outlets are placed. In medieval time; artisans such as stone workers did all or most architectural designs and constructions, were as today, there is no clear distinction between the designers and the actual architects. Currently most people who build homes and buildings are carpenters or architects. In this field, you must take a required course, teaching you basic skills, among many safety codes. Architects are responsible for how safe a new house will be for the people living in it, if they are not properly trained, the house may not be safe to live in. All architects must go over everything built, make sure all safety codes are met, everything is safe to be around, and all around manage the complete build. The term “Architect” not only refers to those who build and design houses, it also refers to people in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Naval Architecture, and often Informational Technology also known as software architect.
